Saudi Arabia has been and will continue to be short of professional expertise in the oil and gas industry. The majority of our task force is expatriate hands, despite efforts by the major industry companies to bridge the gap. Through internal training, these major companies have brought few national hands to the grip of this profession. By now we already have a good number of professional workers in the field, but the demand is drastically increasing.
